The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and any or all agreements. “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s (“Unbleach”) Terms and Conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company (“Unbleach”). “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the client and ourselves, or either the client or ourselves. “Content” means documents, profiles, information, comments or postings in the form of writing or pictures, images, 3D Mockups and any other forms of two-dimensional or three-dimensional pictorial representations. The terms Unbleach and Unbleach.net are used interchangeably and refer to Unbleach company and or its website Unbleach.net.
The following Terms and Conditions govern all use of the Unbleach.net website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website. The website is owned and operated by Unbleach Inc. Our Services are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the Terms and Conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time. You agree that we may automatically upgrade our Services, and these Terms will apply to any upgrades.
Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to become bound by the Terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the Terms of this agreement, then you may not access or use any of our Services. If these Terms are considered an offer by Unbleach, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms.
Use of our Services requires an Unbleach.net account. You agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account. If you create an account on Unbleach.net website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account and any other actions taken in connection with the website. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must not describe or assign content to your account in a misleading or unlawful manner, including in a manner intended to trade on the name or reputation of others.
Unbleach may change or remove any description or keyword that it considers inappropriate or unlawful, or otherwise likely to cause Unbleach liability. You must immediately notify Unbleach of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. Unbleach will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
It is forbidden to use personal Services, offered by us, for commercial or multi user purpose. Unless you purchase the Enterprise subscription, this is a single seat license authorizing only one natural person to access Services on Unbleach.net.
Our Services are not directed to persons younger than 18 years old. Access and use of our Services is only offered to users 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years old, you are not permitted to submit personal information to us or use the Unbleach.net website. Any person who registers as a user or provides their personal information represents that they are 18 years of age or older.
You agree that you will not post, distribute or share any Content on our website that is protected by copyright, trademark, patent or any other proprietary right without the express consent of the owner of such proprietary right. You further agree that you will not post violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, racial, pornographic, sexually suggestive or any other inflammatory content on our website. If such Content is made available, Unbleach reserves the right to ban that account from using our Services indefinitely. Unbleach will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid. You will be solely liable for any Content that you make available and its accuracy. We have no responsibility and assume no liability for any Content posted by you or any third-party.
To prevent abuse and spam, current quota is set at 50 projects per user with potential of increase on review bases. Please contact us at support@unbleach.net for more information. On Demand and Professional options are limited to 10 render shots per project. Enterprise option is limited to 20 render shots per project. Maximum upload file size is 4mb. 3D Mockups category titled “Free” will be updated with randomly selected 3D Mockups once a month. Remaining subscription days are not cumulative. Subscribing cancels any remaining days from any previous subscriptions.

You have 30 calendar days to request the refund from the purchase date. You can qualify for a refund in the following cases:
Product is "not as described"
A product is "not as described" if it is materially different from the product description or preview. If it turns out the product is "not as described" you will be entitled to a refund.
Product doesn't work the way it should
If the product doesn't work the way it should and can't easily be fixed you are entitled to a refund in the sum of the cost of the product. This includes situations where the product has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you'd known about the problem in the first place. If the product can be fixed, then the Unbleach is required to do so promptly by updating the product, otherwise you are entitled to a refund of that product.
Website technical issues
If Unbleach.net is experiencing technical difficulties that hinder your ability to access our products as initially intended you are entitled to a refund of payment.
Why a refund may not be given
If the product is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
You must pay any applicable taxes, and any applicable third-party fees (including, for example telephone toll charges, mobile carrier fees, ISP charges, data plan charges, credit card fees, foreign exchange fees, foreign transaction fees and other). We are not responsible for these fees. Contact your financial institution with questions about fees.
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. We reserve the right to make any modifications to the website, including terminating, changing, suspending or discontinuing any aspect of the website at any time, without notice. We may impose additional rules or limits on the use of our website. You agree to review this Terms regularly and your continued access or use of our website will mean that you agree to any changes. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of our website or for any Service, Content, Feature or Product offered through our website.
If you operate an account, comment on a blog, post material to Unbleach.net, post links on Unbleach.net, or otherwise make (or allow any third party to make) Content available, you are entirely responsible for the substance of, and any harm resulting from that Content or your conduct. That is the case regardless of what form the Content takes, which includes, but is not limited to text, photo, video, audio, or code. By using Unbleach.net, you represent and warrant that your Content and Conduct do not violate these Terms.
By making Content available, you represent and warrant that:
By submitting Content to Unbleach.net you grant Unbleach a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing, and promoting your account or Content.
This license allows Unbleach to make publicly-posted Content available to third parties selected by Unbleach so that these third parties can analyze and distribute your Content through their services. You also give other Unbleach.net users and Unbleach itself permission to share your Content on online social media such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google+, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and other affiliated websites so long as they give you credit as the original author by linking back to your webpage.
If you delete Content, Unbleach will use reasonable efforts to remove it from the website, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the Content may not be made immediately unavailable. Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, Unbleach has the right (though not the obligation) to (a) reclaim your username or website URL due to prolonged inactivity, (b) refuse or remove any Content that, in Unbleach’s reasonable opinion, violates any Unbleach policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (c) terminate or deny access to and use of Unbleach.net to any individual or entity for any reason. Unbleach will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid. Unbleach reserves the right to ban any member or third party from using the Services for any reason.
Unbleach reserves the right to display advertisements on your page, content page and anywhere else on the website.
Optional paid Services such as Enterprise, Professional or On Demand are available (any such Services, an “Upgrade”). By selecting an Upgrade, you agree to pay Unbleach the immediate, monthly or annual subscription fees attributed to such Service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for an Upgrade and will cover the use of that Service for a set period of days, monthly or annual subscription period as indicated.
Unless you notify Unbleach before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fees for such Services, as well as any applicable taxes, using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you.
Unbleach has not reviewed, and cannot review, all the Content posted on our website and cannot therefore be responsible for that Content’s material, use or effects. By operating our Services, Unbleach does not represent or imply that it endorses the Content there posted, or that it believes such Content to be accurate, useful, or non-harmful. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive Content. Our website may contain Content that is offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable, as well as Content with technical inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, and other errors. Our website may also contain Content that violates the privacy or publicity rights, or infringes the intellectual property and other proprietary rights, of third parties, or the downloading, copying or use of which is subject to additional Terms and Conditions, stated or unstated. We have not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, including computer software, made available through the websites and webpages to which Unbleach.net links, and that link to Unbleach.net. Unbleach does not have any control over those non-Unbleach.net websites, and is not responsible for their Contents or their use. By linking to a non-Unbleach.net websites, Unbleach does not represent or imply that it endorses such websites. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive material. Unbleach website may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by Unbleach. As Unbleach asks others to respect its intellectual property rights, it respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material located on or linked to by Unbleach.net violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify Unbleach. Unbleach will respond, in a timely manner, to all such notices, including as required or appropriate by removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material. Unbleach reserved the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately terminate the account of any member who is the subject of repeated DMCA notifications. In the case of such termination, Unbleach will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid to Unbleach. Unbleach reserves the right to ban any member or third party from using the Services for any reason.
Confirm that the work or material in question is hosted by Unbleach. We have no control over material located outside of Unbleach.net website. Please contact the appropriate web host with complaints.

This Agreement does not transfer from Unbleach to you any Unbleach or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Unbleach. Unbleach, Unbleach logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with Unbleach.net or our Services, are trademarks or registered trademarks of Unbleach or Unbleach’s licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with our Services may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of our Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Unbleach or third-party trademarks.
Unbleach reserves the right to display attribution or references such as "Powered by Unbleach", "Unbleach" or in any other form on all public or private Content.
We are constantly updating our Services, and that means sometimes we have to change the legal Terms under which our Services are being offered. If we make changes that are material, we will try to the best of our ability to inform you by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new Terms will take effect. It is, however, your responsibility to check this Agreement for changes, before using any of our Services. If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period. Your continued use of our Services implies acceptance of the new Terms and will be subject to the new Terms.
Unbleach may terminate your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement you may simply discontinue using our Services. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Our Services are provided “as is.” Unbleach and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Unbleach nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. The use of our website is at your sole risk and you assume full responsibility for any costs associated with your use of our website. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind related to the use of our website.
In no event will we, or our affiliates, our or their respective content or service providers, or any of our or their respective directors, officers, agents, contractors, suppliers or employees be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, losses or causes of action, or lost revenue, lost profits, lost business or sales, or any other type of damage, whether based in contract or tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of, or the inability to use, or the performance of, our website or the Content or material or functionality through our website, even if we are advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event will Unbleach, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this Agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (a) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (b) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (c) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (d) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Unbleach under this Agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. Unbleach shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
This website is controlled, operated and administered by Unbleach Inc. from within the Province of Alberta, Canada. This website can be accessed from all provinces and territories of Canada, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these jurisdictions has laws that may differ from those of the Province of Alberta, by accessing this website, you acknowledge and agree that all matters relating to access to or use of this website shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein (without reference to conflicts of laws principles).
You also agree that any claims or disputes whatsoever arising hereunder shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Province of Alberta and acknowledge that you do so voluntarily.
You represent and warrant that (a) your use of our Services will be in strict accordance with the Unbleach Privacy Policy, with this Terms and Conditions, and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable Content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside) and (b) your use of our Services will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unbleach, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of our Services, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Unbleach and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of Unbleach, or by the posting by Unbleach of a revised version.
Any headings and titles herein are for convenience only.
If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof.
